a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with it
Just an update. I have had this scale for about 6 weeks. Very nice, I went to get my DEXA scan to test out the accuracy of this scale and the numbers are very similar with 1% off. Now i know these numbers are best to use as a baseline, but I really like this scale and I am impressed with it. Very easy to use after I read the instruction-lol. I have had this FitTrack Body Comp scale for a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with it. I download their app onto my I Phone and followed the directions. I use the scale every day and it connects every time. It shows my weight and it is really close to what the scales in my doctors office reads. It weighs me consistent, it may be off by a few tenths of a pound when measuring multiple times but that is all. I like all of the BMI, water weight, muscle mass readings as well. Those readings may not be doctor office quality but they do give you a very good, reliable reference point to see if you are gaining or losing in those areas. It uses 4 AAA batteries which are included, scale updates itself via your wi-fi to internet. Scale connects to your smart phone via blue tooth which records the info you selected during set up. App needs to be downloaded onto your smart phone, very easy to use and app is customizable. Instructions are very easy to follow, it is shown on your phone after getting their app. Scale is durable. I am a very big and heavy guy... 350 pounds worth, and the scale is super stable. It doesn't flinch when i get on. Easy to read display that also shows on your phone. Would definitely recommend it

I love this scale! My doctor's office provides body composition and recently I was told that I needed to work on my muscle mass. I only have the test done in the office every six months, so I wanted a scale that provided that info so that I could measure it weekly and keep myself motivated. Well, it's done just that! I went from very low activity to walking every day and strength training 3-4 times a week. I am slowly seeing my results on the scale and in the mirror. This scale provides a lot more info than just muscle mass, but that is my main focus right now. I highly recommend this scale for anybody that wants to improve their overall health and track that progress as you go. A side benefit that I love is that others in my family use the scale too, but all data is private, so there's no need to worry that someone else will see your weight or other info.
